今年度も厳格なCovid-19対策のもと、七五三詣り・祝い儀撮影を開催いたします。この機会に是非お申込み下さい。

 

 

日時：御希望の日時リストをお早めに御相談下さい。その後、御申込書をお送りさせて頂きます。
＊所要時間は、お一人の御子様で約1時間～1時間30分です。家族写真をなさる場合は、30分ほど伸びます。
＊時間厳守で御願い申し上げます。遅れる場合は必ず事前に御連絡下さい。

＊期日を過ぎてのキャンセル・無断欠席に返金はございませんが、理由が緊急事態の場合につき、然る証明を元に御予約日を変更頂けます。
＊御予約枠の時間帯が悪天候予報の合は、時刻の変更、または御予約日の変更が可能です。

・撮影に参加なさる人数が増える場合は、撮影参加追加代がお一人様につき$10加算されます。
・当アトリエの宣材写真に同意下さるお客様は、モデルリリースフォームに御署名頂きますと、1枚進呈させて頂きます。

七五三とは：

江戸時代に五代将軍徳川綱吉が息子の健康を盛大に祈願したことから、庶民にも広まり、現在のように11月15日にお祝いするようになったといわれていますが、元々は古くからの風習に由来しています。

・三才の「髪置の儀」‐　男女児ともに髪を切り揃え、この日を境に伸ばし始める

・五才の「袴着の儀」‐　男児が初めて袴を着ける

・七才の「帯解の儀」‐　女児が、この日を境に付紐のある帯をやめ、大人の帯を締める

 

昔は医療が発達していなかったため子供の死亡率が高く、七五三の年齢まで無事に育てることは、大変でした。

七五三の年齢まで何事も無く育ったことを家族で祝い、これまで見守って下さった氏神様や御先祖様に御礼参りをし、これからの健やかなる成長をお祈りするものです。

碁盤の儀とは：

数え年で五歳を迎えた皇族男児が、宮中儀礼で七五三の原型である深曾木（ふかそぎ）の儀、着袴（ちゃっこ＝はかまぎ）の儀の後に執り行うことに由来しています。

七五三を迎えた子供が碁盤から元気良く飛び降り、大地にしっかりと着地し、これから心身ともに立派に成長し、自立して行くよう願う儀式です。

また「碁盤の目のように筋目正しく育つ」「勝負運を自分で開く」などの意味合いも込められています。現代では男女年齢に関わらず、多くの神社で執り行われています。

安全面を考慮し、当杜の碁盤は２インチの高さとなっております。５歳以下の御子様は御両親様に腕を支えて頂き、飛び降りる様子を撮影することもできます。

海外でこの様な貴重な機会は、一生の記念にして頂けるかと存じます。

～碁盤の儀の作法～

一、右手に檜扇、左手に松と橘を持つ

一、髪を整える

一、碁盤の上に乗り、神様へ拝礼

一、青石を両足で踏み、「エイッ」と正面に飛び降りる

（青石は、今日の生日足日に吉方を向き禊川から賜りました。現在は、黒の碁石を使うことが多くなっています。）

祝い着の種類：撮影前にお選び頂けます。
三歳児・七歳児－色彩豊かで豪華な祝い着、可愛らしい伝統工芸のつまみ簪を、三種からお選び頂けます。寸法は三歳児用が肩山から裾まで91cmと93cm。７歳児用は132cm。

五歳児－色柄豊かで豪華な羽織袴を、三種からお選び頂けます。長着の寸法は肩山から踝まで100cm、袴は骨盤から踝まで70cm。男児の着物は身長により着姿に多少長短があることを、予め御了承下さい。その際には撮影角度やフレーミングで対応させて頂きます。

 

【御準備】
＊ヘアメイクを完了された状態で、清潔・無臭でお越し下さい。
＊屋外着付けの為、衿ぐりの開いたVネックシャツ、スパッツなど、下着にならなくて良い装いでお越し下さい。その上からお着せ致します。

＊御自身の荷物置き場用にレジャーシートを御持参下さい。
＊撮影スポットの御移動は御自分の靴で歩いて頂きますので、御子様は脱ぎ履きしやすいお靴でお越し下さい。（草履に慣れていらっしゃらない御子様は歩行中に脱　

　げてしまい、移動・進行に時間がかかってしまう為）

【写真撮影】
千歳飴、和傘などの和小物を小道具に、上半身、全身、後ろ姿など、Canonデジタル一眼レフカメラEOS7Dでお撮り致します。着物モデルでもあるカメラマンが、お客様の魅力を最大限に引き出しますので、ご安心下さい。またコロナ禍のため、撮影時の着崩れ直し等を当方で触ることが出来ない場合は、親御様に積極的にお手伝い頂く場合がございます。御協力、何卒宜しくお願い申し上げます。（カメラ機材、着物の衿回り等、その都度アルコール消毒をしていると進行が遅れるため）

・後日データでのお引渡しとなります。印刷サービスは行っておりませんのでご了承下さい。
・Googleフォトにて、透かしロゴ入り縮小版プルーフ画像を御確認頂いた後、画像番号をお選び下さい。
・オンライン上でお引渡し可能な容量の800万画素で撮影しますので、A4まで印刷可能です。動き回るお子様はブレにより2Lサイズまでの可能性がございます。予

　め御了承下さい。（プリンター、印刷用紙、パソコンでの用紙設定状態にもよります）
・A4以上対応の高解像度画像を御希望の場合は、撮影前に必ずお知らせ下さいませ。　
・7枚以上写真をご希望のお客様は、追加一枚につき$15で御注文頂けます。
・画像選出期限は縮小版プルーフ画像リンクお引渡しから、最長で10日間とさせて頂きます。

・高解像度画像アップロード/ダウンロード確認メールを以って、全てのお手続き完了となります。完了後の再アップロードは承っておりませんので、画像データは

　御自身様で大切に保管・管理なさって下さい。

注２：着付け・撮影中はお行儀良くお願い致します。着物・機材等、お客様の責任で破損を起こされた場合は、弁償頂きます。

注４：待合室がございませんため、被写体となる方のみ、またはお子様の撮影の場合は最少人数の保護者様と、必ず一台の御車でお越し下さいませ。被写体となられ

＊着付け・撮影共に、全て屋外にて執り行わせて頂きます。

＊被写体でない同行者様をお連れの場合は不要にリスクが高まりますため、対応しかねます。その際は御客様の過失により、無返金にて即時無効となりますので、予

＊双方アルコールにて手指を消毒しました後、着付けに移らせて頂きます。
＊お着付け時を除き、ソーシャル・ディスタンスを２～３メートル徹底させて頂きます。
＊お着付け中は御子様も親御様も終始マスクの着用を頂き、余分な会話は厳禁とさせて頂きます。（撮影時は取り外し頂けます）
＊着付け師・カメラマンも終始マスクを着用の上、着付け時にはフェイス・シールドを重ねて御勤めさせて頂きます。この様な装備を御子様が怖がられることのな

   いよう、事前に説明をしてさしあげて下さい。

＊着付け師が御客様の正面を着装の際は、顔を横に御向け下さい。（中心を合わせる時以外）

＊トイレは御使用頂けませんので、予め御了承下さい。
＊発熱、咳、クシャミ、及びCDC規定の新型肺炎症状をお持ちの方、また感染を疑われる方と過去10日間以内に接触があった方は、誠に恐れ入りますが御予約並び

＊ご契約書の諸注意・コロナ対策に署名しているにも関わらず他の御家族に説明をなさっておらず、幾つも破る。

　例：見学者を無断で連れて来られる、ソーシャル・ディスタンスを全く維持なさらない、至近距離でマスクを外し声を発する、簡単なマスクで顔の目の前に向かっ　　

　　　て喋る（疫病流行はまだ収束しておりませんので、感染リスクが上がり大変困ります）

＊着物類を破損しそうな勢いで扱われる。ことに着付け経験の全くない方がお子様を乱暴に御脱がししようとしますと、倒れたりして大変危険です。また破損・部

　品の紛失に繋がります。実際、着物の事を何も分からないお母さまが羽織を脱がした際に、羽織紐の小さな金蔵部品Sカンを紛失されました。着付け・御脱がしは

　着付け師の仕事です。安易に手を出さないよう、お願い申し上げます。祝い儀は、ハロウィーン衣装ではありません。

＊以上にも関わらず一言も謝罪なく、御契約を破られている時点でキャンセル対象でありながら最後までサービスを受け入れられたことに感謝なく、理不尽に自分

　本位な苦情・要求をする。

Shintō blessing and celebration Kimono photoshoot will be offered again this year under the strict Covid-19 measures.

DATE & TIME: Please send all of your availability early enough. A reservation contract form will be emailed to you after the date discussion.
* Please show up on time. Please inform in advance if you happen to arrive late.
* The entire session takes up to one hour thirty minutes maximum per child. Additional 30 minutes will take if you add the family photoshoot.


DEADLINE TO REGISTER: 10 days before your reserving date.
* To reserve your slot, please send your upfront full payment.
* $5 late fee applies when you pass the deadline
* Cancellation/refund can not be accepted after the reservation deadline. Rescheduling can be made for the case of emergency with appropriate proof in timely manner, or inclement weather.

* Please feel free to consult if your child is not at the exact age. (Ex. No Shichi-Go-San service in the past address, missed due to pandemic, etc)

​* $15 per photo can be additionally purchased, if you would like to have more than seven photos.
* $10 participation fee per additional person to participate the photo shoot.
* One complimentary photo will be gifted if you sign the model release form for your photos to be used for Atelier Kanawa's ads!
* To receive 1 gift photo, the model release form must be submitted within 1 week after receiving the preview link. No gift photo will be provided if you pass this deadline.

WHAT IS SHICHI-GO-SAN? :

Celebrating Shichi-go-san on November 15th derived from 5th Shōgun Tokugawa in Edo period held a ceremony to wish for his son's well-being, however, Shichi-go-san is originally derived from old traditional customs:

 

* 3 years old girl/boy - Kamioki-no-gi (Trimming their hair to start growing neatly)

* 5 years old boy - Hakamagi-no-gi (Putting on a formal Hakama for the first time to become a noble boy from an infant)

* 7 years old girl - Obitoki-no-gi (Tying the adult style Obi for the first time, from the infant Obi sash with attached strings)

 

In old era, it was very difficult to raise children under the lack of medical treatment which led the high rate of child death.

Shichi-go-san is to celebrate the growth of children reaching to Shichi-go-san ages, to visit local Shintō shrines or the ancestors' cemetery to show appreciation for guarding the children, and to pray for further health and fine growth.

GOBAN-NO-GI / The ritual of Goban board:

Goban-no-gi is for Shichi-go-san children to positively jump off the Goban board and firmly land on the ground, wishing for their further physical/spiritual growth to live independently. It also has the meaning to grow as an aligned person with good disciplines like systematically lines curved on Goban board, and to cultivate fortunes oneself like winning a Goban game.

Goban-no-gi derived from the Imperial family’s ritual “Chakko-no-gi” which is for any five years old children putting on Hakama for the first time in their life but only the boys jump off of Goban. Today, all ages/genders of Shichi-go-san children are welcome to participate in Goban-no-gi at Shintō shrines.

* This special Shichi-go-san ritual is available for those who apply for the Shintō blessing.

KIMONO SELECTIONS: Choose your favorite set prior to your reservation date by email discussion.

3 & 7 year old girls – Choose from selections of three different colorful & gorgeous kimono, obi sashes and hair accessories.

The size (from shoulder to bottom) for girls, who are 3 years old, is 91cm and 93cm, and 7 years old is 132cm.

5 years old boys – Choose from a selection of three different color & gorgeous pattern haori-hakama. The sizes of kimono for boys are 100cm from shoulder to the ankle and 70cm for hakama from pelvis to below the ankle.

Please understand that Haori/Hakama may appear slightly shorter or longer, depending on your boy’s height. The photographer will work on angles and framing for the best shots possible.

PREPARATION:
* Please come with your child's hair and makeup ready, clean and scentless. 
* Please have your child dressed in V neck T-shirt with a wide opening at the front neck and spandex so that they will not have to become underwear in the outdoor setting. Kimono will be dressed over them.

* Please have your child to come in the shoes that is easily to put-on and take-off so that he/she can smoothly walk in their own shoes from a photo spot to another in Kimono. Children are not used to Zouri (traditional Japanese shoes), so it can take extra-long to move to another spot in them.

　GOOD shoes: Slip-ons/Crocs, Sneaker without shoelace

　BAD shoes: Boots shape shoes especially with shoelace


PHOTO SHOOT:
Outdoor shoot. Photos are taken by EOS 7D Canon digital camera, consists of head shot, whole body shot, and back shot. You will be nicely posed with traditional props such as Chitose candy bag, parasol, by a photographer who is also a Kimono model.
Parent will be asked to proactively assist a photographer in case your child needs a quick fix on Kimono, as sanitizing hands with alcohol back and forth from camera equipment and Kimono delays the entire process. Thank you for your assistance.

 
PHOTO DELIVERY:
* You will later receive high resolution digital image data through online. No printing service is available.
* Photos can be selected after checking the preview images with watermarks, on Google photo.
* Photos will be taken as 8M to make it possible to send data online. It is printable up to A4, except the photos of overly active child. Printing result depends on your printer, printing paper, and paper setting on your computer. If you prefer to print larger than A4, please make sure to let me know prior to the photo shoot. Photos will be taken by approximately 17.50M.
* You can later purchase additional photos for $15 per photo, if you would like to have more than 7 in the minimum package.
* The deadline to select the photos is 10 days after you receiving the preview link.

* All transaction completes once the high resolution image data are uploaded to the album and downloaded by the clients. Please save/manage the

  image data securely yourself, as they will not be re-uploaded after your download confirmation.


CANCELLATION FEE / RESCHEDULING FEE:
100% - the day of reservation, 90% - the day before, 80% - 3 days before, 50% - 4~7 days before.
There will be no cancellation fee for the case of inclement weather or nation under serious alert.


REMARKS:

* No photography is allowed as it takes place in a private property.
* Please behave appropriately during the dressing and photo shoot. Any damages of Kimonos or studio equipment caused by you must be

   compensated.
* No food or drinks during the dressing and photo shoot.

* No spectators are allowed. One parent per child only, coming by one vehicle, unless the approved members in advance are attending the ceremony

   or the family photoshoot.

COVID-19 MEASURES:
* Everything takes place outdoors.
* Your slot will be automatically cancelled with no refund if you bring spectators, as it increases the Covid-19 risk.
* Social distance of two meters must be managed except during the dressing/undressing.
* The service begins after all participants sanitize their hands with alcohol.
* All participants are required to wear a mask throughout the session. (except at the moment of being photographed)
* Shintō priestess/Kimono dresser/photographer will keep the face mask during the session, additionally use a face shield during the dressing process. Please inform

  your child about these appearances so that he or she will not be scared.
* Attendees with any of symptoms listed by CDC or had a contact with someone with these symptoms within the last 10 days are not allowed to attend unfortunately.
* No toilet usage is available during Covid-19

NOTICE: From now on, we hold the right to refuse serving to those with continuous problematic behaviors. Below is this year's example from one family.

* Delaying reservation payment
* Arriving late without a prior notice

* Breaking the contract policy after signing, as well as not informing the policy to the family prior to arrival.

* Bringing spectators without prior approval which increases a Covid-19 risk. Pandemic is not over with.

* Breaking Covid-19 measures, such as Not maintaining the social distance, taking off mask/speaking in close distance, speak right up on a face with a casual mask

  only

* Handling Kimonos improperly, such as remarkably roughly pulling down Himo sash and Naga-juban while those are still tied onto a child. It is quite dangerous to do so

  for a child to possible fall, and it will tare Kimonos. A metal clasp piece of Haori-himo was also lost when the mother improperly undressed a child, while dressing /

  undressing is a duty of a Professional dresser. Formal ceremonial Kimono are NOT Halloween costume.

* Regardless above, not even one apology nor appreciation for still being accepted, yet unreasonably complain/blame based on the false stories
