挙式会場
・民間のレンタル会場 玉串料$1000（祭式のみ）
お客様のお好みで御予約された民間の挙式会場に、出張いたします。
重量のある多くの祭器具の運搬/撤収が最短時間で行える一階のみ、お受けしています。会場の一階に新郎新婦様/神職専用のお着付け部屋を御用意下さい。
どうしても一階の式場が確保できない場合、エレベーターの有無/運搬距離/祭壇設置の時間枠/撤収期限を元に別途対応料が生じますが、御相談下さい。
雨天、降雪、強風など、悪天候時は屋内会場に限らせて頂きます。
前日に打ち合わせ・祭壇を設置してのリハーサルを御希望の場合、１時間３０分枠で$150、30分追加毎に$30が加算されます。
・当杜 玉串料$500（祭式のみ）
斎行後、コンパクトカメラにて神前(鳥居前)での記念撮影が可能です。当杜のカメラマンによるプロ撮影を御希望の場合は、別途ご相談下さい。
出張代
ボルチモア地域： $50~＋駐車代
フレデリック・アナポリス地域：$70~＋駐車代
ベセスダ・ロックビル地域：$80~＋駐車代
ワシントンD.C.：$90~＋駐車代
ワシントンD.C. から南と西の最寄り (バージニア州を含む)：$95~＋駐車代
その他の地域：IRS 2026事業用標準マイレージレート 72.5セント/マイル毎
・月曜日～土曜日の渋滞時は$20加算：7時～9時30分、15時～18時30分が通勤に被る場合
・開始時刻が午前10時前・19時後の御依頼は、早朝・夜間料金$20/毎時間 が加算されます
・着付け会場がご滞在のホテルの場合は、ホテルに駐車の上お部屋付けとさせて頂きます
・着付け会場に無料駐車場がございます場合は、駐車代は必要ありません
・路上駐車はお断りしております
婚礼衣装のレンタル着付け
・御料金は和装結婚式のページをご参照下さい。
・挙式後～披露宴まで、婚礼衣装を御脱ぎになるまでの和装介添え：１時間まで$100 - その後30分毎に$30/人
・出張神前結婚式の際は撮影業務をお受けすることが出来ませんので、別のカメラマンをお連れ下さい。当方は和装撮影アドバイザーとして、レンタル小物も御
提供して御協力いたします。１時間まで$100 - その後30分毎に$30/人
御支払い
前払いをお済ませのお客様から順次、御予約枠が確定となります。御予約希望日10日前までに間に合いますよう、御切手またはPayPalにてお支払い下さい。
期日以降にお問い合わせ・御予約の場合、遅延代が$5/日毎が加算となり、前払い方法はPayPalのみとなります。
キャンセル料
当日100％、前日 90%、 3 日前 80％、 4～７ 日前 50％、8～10日前30%、御予約確定後から11日前まで 15%
天災や国家安全保障上の緊急事態下では、キャンセル料は発生致しません。

~ Getting married in front of Kami by Japanese solemn tradition ~
WEDDING LOCATIONS
・Private/Commercial Reception Site Tamagushi-ryo $1000 （Ceremony Only）
Clergy will travel to the site where you reserved in advance.
Please prepare the 1st floor room for your wedding ceremony and dressing room for bride/groom and clergy ONLY, as there are many heavy altar/uniform items to
transport from the vehicle.
You may consult only if you can not prepare the 1st floor, however, the additional service cost will apply based on the facility capability, such as elevator, distance of
transporting, time frame to setup altar, the deadline to take down the altar to leave the site.
Indoor service only in case of inclement weather.
Requesting a brief rehearsal with altar setup prior to the ceremony date: $150 up to 1.5 hours, +$30/every additional 30min
・Kamunabi Ban'yū Ko-Shintō Shrine Tamagushi-ryo $500 （Ceremony Only）
Bride & Groom only, or up to family member within 1st generation
Few snapshot pictures in front of the shrine can be done after the ceremony, while no photography is allowed during the ceremony.

TRAVELING FEE
Baltimore area: $50 and up + Parking fee
Frederick / Annapolis area: $70 and up + Parking fee
Bethesda / Rockville area: $80 and up + Parking fee
Washington D.C. area: $90 and up + Parking fee
Further south and East near Washington D.C.: $95 and up + Parking fee
Any other locations: IRS 2026 business standard mileage rate at 72.5 cents per mile
- Additional $20 for commuting during the traffic hours: Mon-Sat 7:00-9:30, 15:00-18:30
- Additional $20/hour for serving during irregular hours as: Before 10:00 / After 19:00
- The parking must be at your home or hotel charged to your room. NO street parking.
- Parking fee will not be charged if you provide a complimentary space at the facility.
WEDDING KIMONO RENTAL + DRESSING SERVICE
・Please refer to Kimono Wedding page for prices.
・Kaizoe escort service after ceremony into reception until you become undressed: $100 for first one hour +$30/every additional 30 minutes
・Commercial site: Please bring your own photographer as we can not cover that much of task while working on ceremony duties.
We will cooperate your photographer as a Kimono wedding photography professional adviser with prop rentals and traditional posing:
$100 for first one hour +$30/every additional 30 minutes
UPFRONT PAYMENT
10 days before the date you would like to reserve is the deadline to complete your reservation process due to a need for sufficient preparation time + bookings usually begin to fill up a month in advance.
Reservations are made on a first-reserve, first-served basis. Please return a signed contract and send the upfront payment by check or PayPal by the deadline.
Late fee of $5 per day will be applied for the reservation request after the deadline. PayPal payment only, for the late reservations.
CANCELLATION FEE (including rescheduling)
100% - reservation date, 90% - a day before, 80% - 3 days before, 50% - 4~7 days before,
30% - 8~10 days before, 15% - From the day of mutually signing the contract till 11 days before the reservation day
* There will be no cancellation fee for the case of inclement weather or nation under serious alert.
