＊発熱、咳、クシャミ、及びCDC規定の新型肺炎症状をお持ちの方、また感染を疑われる方と過去10日間に接触があった方は、誠に残念ですが、御予約並びにサービスをお受け頂

＊双方アルコールにて手指を消毒しました後、着付けに移らせて頂きます。

＊お着付け時を除き、極力ソーシャル・ディスタンスをお願い申し上げます。

＊お着付け中は終始マスクの着用を頂き、余分な会話は御控え下さい。（撮影時は取り外し頂けます）

＊着付け師・カメラマンも終始マスクを着用にて御勤めさせて頂きます。

＊着付け師が御客様の正面を着装の際は、顔を横に御向け下さい。（中心を合わせる時以外）

＊トイレは御使用頂けませんので、予め御了承下さい。

【御料金】

＊着付け代 (リンク先で料金を御確認下さい）＋ レンタル代（着物・簪・履物・小道具一式）：詳細はお問い合わせ下さい。

＊撮影代：主役で和装の被写体様お一人につき$250　（7枚＝7ポーズの高解像度画像データ）＊コロナ禍中は対策費として$10加算

＊オプションで髪結い代：詳細はお問合せ下さい。

・7枚以上写真をご希望のお客様は、追加1枚につき$15で御注文頂けます。

・着物の持ち込み料：$30（事前のメールによる写真確認などのやり取り・御相談や、当日のアイロンがけ、足りない着付け用具レンタルなどにつき。着物類が足りな

   い場合は別途レンタル料がかかりますので、詳細はお尋ね下さい。）

・撮影に参加なさる人数が増える場合は、撮影参加追加代がお一人様につき$10加算されます。（＋必要に応じて各々の着付け代やレンタル代）

・当アトリエの宣材写真に使わせて頂けるお客様は、モデルリリースフォームに御署名頂きますと、1枚進呈させて頂きます。

（プルーフ画像URLの御案内日から、1週間以内にモデル・リリース・フォームを提出頂いた方限定）

【お支払い】

前払いをお済ませのお客様から順次、御予約完了（撮影枠確保）となります。半額を小切手にてお支払い下さい。残金は当日、現金にてお支払い下さい。

双方で御予約日時の確認が取れました後3日間、仮押さえさせて頂きます。4日目までに御支払いの無い場合は、他のお客様に御予約枠が開放されます。

仮押さえ時点で御予約日から10日以内である場合は、PayPalでのお支払いとなります。（御支払額の2.9% + $0.30のPayPal取扱料が加算）

【キャンセル料　（日程変更含む）】

当日100％、前日90%、3日前80％、4～7日前まで50％　＊天災による日程変更にキャンセル料は発生致しません。

【お着物・かんざし】

色彩豊かで豪華なお着物・かんざし各種から、お選び頂けます。

【御準備】
(ヘア)メイクを完了された状態で、清潔・無臭でお越し下さい。お子様をお連れの場合、静かに遊べる玩具を御持参下さい。

御持参頂くもの：女性－前後衿ぐりの空いたスポーツブラ・Tシャツ・タンクトップ　　男性・お子様－前衿ぐりの空いたTシャツ

【写真撮影】
当アトリエにて日本庭園や森を背景とした屋外撮影、または屋内スタジオ撮影。両方ご希望の場合は追加料金$20となります。
和傘などの和小物を小道具に、上半身、全身、後ろ姿など、Canonデジタル一眼レフカメラEOS7D ＋ EF35mm F1.4L II USMレンズでお撮り致します。着物モデルでもあるカメラマンが、お客様の魅力を最大限に引き出しますので、ご安心下さい。

【お着替えオプション】

大人の被写体様に限り、和装撮影枠の追加として、御持参の民族衣装や洋服でも撮影を承ります。

全身前姿、上半身、ヘッドショットの3枚セット$45。追加購入は1枚につき$15。お着替えは1回のみとなります。
モデル経験を持つカメラマンが、魅力を引き出すポーズをお付けいたします。

【写真お引渡し】

・後日データでのお引渡しとなります。印刷サービスは行っておりませんのでご了承下さい。

・Googleフォトにて、透かしロゴ入り縮小版プルーフ画像を御確認頂いた後、画像番号をお選び下さい。

​・オンライン上でお引渡し可能な容量の800万画素で撮影しますので、A4まで印刷可能です。動き回るお子様はブレにより2Lサイズまでの可能性がございます。予め

　御了承下さい。（プリンター、印刷用紙、パソコンでの用紙設定状態にもよります）

・A4以上対応の高解像度画像を御希望の場合は、撮影前に必ずお知らせ下さいませ。　

・7枚以上写真をご希望のお客様は、追加一枚につき$15で御注文頂けます。

・画像選出期限は縮小版プルーフ画像リンクお引渡しから、最長で10日間とさせて頂きます。

・高解像度画像アップロード/ダウンロード確認メールを以って、全てのお手続き完了となります。完了後の再アップロードは承っておりませんので、画像データは

　御自身様で大切に保管・管理なさって下さい。

【お願い】
注１：私有地に着き、御持参のカメラでの撮影は御断りしております。
注２：着付け・撮影中はお行儀良くお願い致します。着物・機材等、お客様の責任で破損を起こされた場合は、弁償頂きます。
注３：着付けから撮影終了までの間、一切の飲食はご遠慮下さい。

注４：出張撮影の場合に限りまして、撮影後に携帯カメラで数枚お撮り頂くことは構いませんが、全ポーズ撮影、高性能一眼レフ・三脚での撮影は御遠慮下さい。

注５：初宮参りの親御様は、積極的な御協力をお願い申し上げます。（乳幼児様が動かれる度に皺を直して頂く・おもちゃで気をひいて頂く等）幼児様はじっとポー

　　　ズを取ってくれるということはまず無く、動きたい時に動かれますので、着物がずれたり皺になることが必ず起こりえます。その中で一瞬のシャッターチャン

　　　スを狙って撮影致しますため、親御様のご協力が何よりも良い仕上がりに繋がって参ります。

注６：待合室がございませんため、被写体となる方のみ、またはお子様の撮影の場合は最少人数の保護者様と、必ず一台の御車でお越し下さいませ。

　　　被写体となられない御親族様、御友人様などの見学は対応しきれませんため、御遠慮頂いております。予め御了承下さい。

当アトリエより片道2.5時間圏外の遠方　要相談

 

・月曜日から土曜日の渋滞時は$20加算：7時～9時30分、15時～18時30分が通勤にかぶる場合
・着付け会場に無料駐車場がございます場合は、駐車代は不要です。

・手持ち以外（一眼レフカメラ）の一式機材移動・設置（背景布）は、当アトリエと同じに設置する作業がかかりますため、別途$100生じます。

   設置するスペースは、最低５ｍｘ５ｍ必要です。

・背景布は不要で、ストロボ照明スタンドのみで宜しい場合は$50となります。

・家族撮影などでは、被写体の皆様の身長差の関係で構図のバランスを取るため、お座りになる椅子が必要になります。（レンタル一脚のみ$30）

・日時によっては承れませんので、予め御了承下さい。

COVID-19 MEASURES:

* Dressing service is offered outdoors only fundamentally. 

​* No visitor / Spectator is allowed.

* The service begins after the dresser and client sanitize hands with alcohol.

* Attendees with any of these symptoms listed by CDC or had a contact with someone with these symptoms within the last 10 days are not allowed to attend.

* Please coorporate to maintain social distancing except during the middle of dressing.
* Wearing a face mask is mandatory throughout the dressing session.

* Please keep your head to the side while the dresser is handling your front, except when the center is adjusted.

* Dresser/photographer will keep the face mask, additionally uses the face shield during the dressing process.

* No toilet is available during pandemic.

* For traveling service: If your place do not have the outdoor setting, all the windows at the dressing room must be fully opened for air circulation. Anybody within the path for a dresser to get to the room must wear a mask and maintain social distancing.

​[ PRICE ]

＊Dressing fee + Rental fee of a set of Kimono/Kanzashi/Shoes/props: Inquire for details

＊Photo Shoot fee: $250 per main solo subject (7 high resolution photo data = 7 poses)  *Additional $10 during Covid-19 pandemic

＊Optional Hair Styling fee: $25 and up

* $15 per photo can be additionally purchased, if you would like to have more than seven photos.

​* $30 charge if you bring your own Kimono due to consulting through e-mails to double check that you are not missing any items, ironing right before the

   photo shoot, renting missing accessory items and so on. Missing major items will cost additional rental fee.

* $10 participation fee per additional person to participate the photo shoot. ( + dressing fee per additional person, $40~ Kimono rental fee per additional 

   person)
* Gift photo option: One photo will be gifted per subject who sign the model release form for Atelier Kanawa's ads!
* To receive the gift photo(s), the model release form must be submitted before the deadline of the photo selection.

​[ PAYMENT ]

Reservations are made on a first-reserve, first-served basis. To reserve your slot, please send your upfront full payment by check or PayPal. Half deposit is accepted if your total estimate is over $300. Your reservation is not completed until your upfront payment has cleared.

Your requested slot will be held for next 3 business days after we both agree your slot time.

​Your slot will be released to other customers if no payment is received within this 3 days.

If your requested slot is within 10 days at the moment of reservation, only PayPal is accepted with 2.9% + $0.30 per sale PayPal handling fee. Please provide your PayPal e-mail address to be invoiced.

Rest of the payment can be paid by check on the day of your reservation.

[ KIMONO / KANZASHI HAIR ORNAMENT]
Choose from selections of colorful & gorgeous Kimonos, Obi sashes and hair accessories.

[ PREPARATION ]

​* Please come with your child's hair and makeup ready, clean and scentless. Bring toys for your children that they can play quietly.
* Please come in dressed in V neck T-shirt with a wide opening at the front neck (back also for female) and spandex. Kimono will be dressed over them 

   so that you do not have to become underwear.

* Please have your child to come in the shoes that is easily to put-on and take-off so that he/she can smoothly walk in their own shoes from a photo

   spot to another in Kimono. Children are not used to Zouri (traditional Japanese shoes), so it can take extra-long to move to another spot in them.

　GOOD shoes: Slip-ons/Crocs, Sneaker without shoelace

　BAD shoes: Boots shape shoes especially with shoelace

[ PHOTO SHOOT ]

Outdoor shoot with Japanese garden / forest as a background, or studio shoot. Additional $20 fee if you request both. 

Photos are taken by EOS 7D Canon DSLR camera ＋ EF35mm F1.4L II USM lens, consists of head shot, whole body shot, and back shot. You will be nicely posed with props, by a photographer who is also a Kimono model, so please relax!. If you agree to model release for Atelier Kanawa's ads, you will receive complimentary 1 photo.

[ OPTIONAL ATTIRE CHANGE ]

For adult only, you can have an optional service to change into your own attire after your Kimono photoshoot. (one change only within 10min maximum)
$45 for a set of front whole body shot, upper body shot, and head shot. ​You can also additionally purchase more pictures for $15 per photo data.
Photographer with modeling experiences will pose you nicely, and capture you in attractive moments, including side shots and back shots.

​

[ PHOTO DELIVERY ]

* You will later receive high resolution digital image data through online. No printing service is available.

* Photos can be selected after checking the preview lower resolution images with watermarks, on Google photo.

* Photos will be taken as 8M to make it possible to send data online. It is printable up to A4, except the photos of overly active child. Printing result depends on your printer, printing paper, and paper setting on your computer. If you prefer to print larger than A4, please make sure to let me know prior to the photo shoot. Photos will be taken by approximately 17.50M.

* You can later purchase additional photos for $15 per photo, if you would like to have more than 7 in the minimum package.
* The deadline to select the photos is usually 7~10 days after you receiving the preview link, depending on the season.

* All transaction completes once the high resolution image data are uploaded to the album and downloaded by the clients. Please save/manage the

  image data securely yourself, as they will not be re-uploaded after your download confirmation.

[ CANCELLATION FEE (including reservation date change) ]

100% - the day of reservation, 90% - the day before, 80% - 3 days before, 50% - 4~7 days before.

​There will be no cancellation fee for the case of inclement weather or nation under serious alert.

​

​

[ REMARKS ]

* No photography is allowed, as the studio is in a private property.
* Please behave appropriately during the dressing and photo shoot. Any damages of Kimonos or studio equipment caused by you must be compensated.

* No food or drinks during the dressing and photo shoot.

* You may take few photos with your cell phone camera after the photo shoot under my background approval in this private property. Please ask before photographing. Please refrain from photographing all the poses and with high performance digital camera especially with tripod, as it will disturb the photo shoot progress and the time schedule.

* Please come in one vehicle with minimum guardians due to the parking size. No visitors besides people to be photographed, as there is no waiting room.

[ TRAVELING FEE FOR LOCATION SHOOT ]

Baltimore area $30 and up + Parking fee

Frederick / Annapolis area $40 and up + Parking fee

Bethesda / Rockville area $50 and up + Parking fee

Washington D.C. area $60 and up + Parking fee

Further south and East from Washington D.C. $70 and up + Parking fee

Outside of 2.5 hours circle by one way drive from Atelier Kanawa - Please inquire the estimate

* Additional $20 for commuting during the traffic hours: Mon-Sat 7:00-9:30, 15:00-18:30

* The parking must be at your hotel charged to your room.

* No parking fee will be charged if you can provide a free parking space at the facility

* $50 strobe stand equipment set up fee will apply upon your request 

* $100 equipment set up fee will apply if you request background cloth, to create the same setting as my studio. Minimum of 5 x 5 meters space is required.

* $30 for one chair rental for the purpose of balancing the height of group photo framing, if you do not have the nice looking chair.

* Traveling service may not be available depending on the date and time
